Fairies have lingered at the edge of human awareness allowing only brief glimpses into their world. As with anything veiled in mystery, we want to know more, and to do that, all we have to do is follow the fairy trails that have been left in folklore, literature, and art as well as the personal experiences we may have had or read about.

While the Fairy Faith is a centuries-long belief in the folklore and associated traditions of the formerly Celtic areas of the British Isles and Brittany, contemporary beliefs and practices have been emerging. Some people may orient their belief in fairydom with historical Celtic views or more common folklore, while others ascribe it a level of divinity and regard it as a spiritual path.
